Channel Island Shores Resort
We have owned at this resort for several years, but have never been there. We have always wanted to, though. Also, have really wanted to go out to the Channel Islands National Park. My interest in visiting there started last year at the beginning of the pandemic. I got hooked on watching the eagle nests on www.explore.org. One of the nests was on the Channel Islands. Of course, since they are islands, you have to go out by boat or plane. However, once again, I did not get reservations in time to get out there, but that was ok because we LOVED the resort. It was kind of funny because I had intended to speak with them about relinquishing the deed or seeing if they had a “buy-back” program. However, once we got there, saw where it was and that we had our own private hot tub and deck with a grill, overlooking the beach, we not only changed our minds, but decided to stay another day! It was prefect timing, too, because it was a full moon and beautiful weather, cool at night, perfect for a soak!
